Data Governance

Built on permission, not surveillance

Ario helps your brand maintain trust by collecting only data customers explicitly choose to share. No scraping, no tracking, no workarounds.

Cleared for Enterprise
GDPR & CCPA Compliant Compliant

Customers must actively opt in to share their data. Nothing is collected without clear, informed permission. Full audit trail on every consent event.

Automatic Expiry Enforced

Account links automatically expire after one year. Customers are never unwittingly sharing data for an unlimited period. Renewal requires fresh consent.

Enterprise-Grade Security Verified

Built by cybersecurity veterans with decades of experience protecting sensitive data for banks, airlines, and Fortune 500 retailers. SOC 2 Type II compliant.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything enterprise teams ask before signing. If your question isn't here, get in touch.

Ario acts as the consumer's agent. We securely log in on their behalf (similar to how Plaid works in the finance world) to retrieve only the specific transaction data you've requested. There's no unauthorized access involved.
No. Ario is not a data co-op. Data is shared directly from a customer to your brand if they opt in. Other brands can't access that data, and you won't see data from anyone else's customers either.
You already have policies in place for handling data deletion. Ario-collected data follows the same rules. If a customer requests deletion, it's treated just like their other purchase data in your system.
No. We use secure login tokens, not raw credentials. It's the same method used by platforms like PayPal and Venmo to enable persistent connections with banks.
You can choose from two options: a 12-month look-back of relevant purchase history, or a 12-month look-forward subscription with weekly updates. We intentionally limit the window to a year to keep things simple, clear, and consent-driven.
